SmithKline filed three suits against

The global giant GlaxoSmithKline has filed three suits against Dr Reddy's Laboratories in the US for infringement of patents on an antinausea drug applied in US under the ANDA scheme. Such litigations are not uncommon abroad between drug companies, but the Indian ones also are on the scene. This is indeed a welcome development in terms of her units becoming adequate IPR literate to handle their corporate objectives. |
