Implementation - related concerns of the developing countries should be resolved on top priority without being linked to any new round of negotiations, says India. India has also saught higher level of TRIPS related protection to the geographical indicators for additional products, especially items such as rice, tea, mangoes, etc on par with what is provided for wines and spirits.It has also submitted along with 46 developing countries a joint paper on TRIPS and public health.
