IP Appellate Board for India.
| The establishment of
an Intellectual Property Appellate Board will provide a fast track mechanism
in the appellate procedures relating to appeal against the orders of the
competent authority. IPAB will consist of experts from legal and technical
fields and will substitute the High Courts , according to Jt Secretary,
Dept of Industrial Policy and Promotion.
