| A UK patent awarded to
M/S Goehess (UK) Ltd for the usage of hessean jute cloth/ sheet as a material
to cover wastes and dumping grounds has been revoked by the Munich based
European Patent Office , based on action taken by the Indian Jute Mills
Association.The rejection was based on lack of novelty and inventive merits.
