| With the formal approval
in the Ministerial plenary at Doha and through the signing of the accession
agreements , China has completed her formalities and has entered WTO
as a member. China has already enacted a TRIPS compatible patent law -
in a way the only socialist country to implement a 'capitalistic'
IPR regime !
