Industrial sickness, a paramount problem
| There are , as per statement placed in Rajya Sabha, 3164 NON-SMALL SCALE sick industrial units in the country with the largest 580 in the most industrialised state of Maharashtra. What effects the New IPR Regime are going to cause is perhaps yet to be assessed. With India failing in the WTO on the Auto policy and the drugs sector already in turmoil, the after effects need not be insignificant. |
